Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of experience, own basic tools, and strong customer service skills. A valid driver’s license may be required on a case-by-case basis, depending on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment and maintain yard/shop areas.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading fleet orders and answer questions.
• Make notes on rental tags and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist other mechanics with tasks such as lifting or moving heavy objects.
• Perform minor diagnostics and possible minor repairs on small fleet.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow company core values.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the business.
