Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Yard Manager to ensure safety, quality, and efficient yard operations. You will lead a yard team to deliver excellent customer service and coordinate projects with operating company leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years prior management experience.
  • 3-5 years of related mechanical repair on construction and/or agriculture equipment (desired).
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school in related field (desired).
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.

As a Yard Manager you are responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience within a yard. You will lead a corporate yard team to provide excellent customer service and work product through effective and efficient operations. Additionally, you will coordinate projects by working closely with operating company leadership. It is essential to enhance customer service initiatives, provide strong leadership, and maintain a high level of organization. Success in this role relies on excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
