Job summary

Bragg Companies is seeking a Yard Maintenance employee in Titusville, FL. The role supports equipment cleaning, outdoor facility upkeep, and coordination with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery and movement of materials to jobsites.

Candidates should be physically capable, able to lift 50 pounds, and comfortable working outside. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required; forklift experience is preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record meeting company requirements.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Procurement Manager to prepare, pick up and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to jobsites.
• Wash equipment using pressure washer or steam cleaner.
• Move equipment between locations and assist with fleet/equipment maintenance.
• Repair small tools and equipment; keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Offload freight with a forklift and manage warehouse inventory.

Summary Description

Under the supervision of the Branch and Sales Manager, the Yard Maintenance employee will perform specific tasks associated with the cleaning of equipment and maintenance of Company facilities.

Under the supervision of the Branch and Sales Manager, the Yard Maintenance employee will perform specific tasks associated with the cleaning of equipment and maintenance of Company facilities.

Core Duties

• Coordinate with Procurement Manager to prepare, pick up and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to jobsites
• Use pressure washer and steam cleaner to wash equipment
• Move equipment from one location to another as needed
• Repair small tools and equipment
• Assist Procurement Manager with fleet/equipment maintenance
• Keep ware house clean daily
• Be self-directed and perform job functions primarily outside
• Maintain inventory on warehouse consumables.
• Send and receive deliveries at warehouse
• Offload freight with a forklift

Skills And Experience Required

• Possess good communication skills – oral & written
• Able to work well with co-workers, vendors, and customers, etc.
• Physically able to climb on and off equipment safely, lift at least 50#’s, work in a changing environment and to perform your duties in a safe manner
• Basic computer knowledge
• Possession of a current and valid driver’s license for the State in which you work, a motor vehicle record that meets the Company requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with hand tools
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred; however, forklift training will be provided.
• Overtime will be required to support projects as needed.

Other Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test.
• Authorized to work in US.
