Job summary

Red Bull North America in Arizona is seeking a Yard Hostler to move trailers with a Terminal Tractor, ensuring safety and efficiency in the yard.

You'll be part of the operations team, supporting yard management, housekeeping, and adherence to standards. The schedule includes weekend days with 5am–5pm shifts. English fluency, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required; base pay is $21/hour plus $2 shift differential and a 5% quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Yard Hostler operation experience.
• Prior exposure to CPG and/or Food & Beverage industries preferred.
• Able to demonstrate decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of computer systems and/or warehouse management (WM) systems.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills beneficial.
• Have the ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach, and climb steps and/or ladders to perform necessary actions for the role.
• Occasionally lift, move, and place up to 75 pounds.
• Active driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers within the yard using a Terminal Tractor in a safe, efficient manner.
• Maintain yard housekeeping and ensure adherence to yard rules and standards.
• Support yard management activities and report issues promptly.
• Operate PIT equipment as certified and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team and supervisors.
