Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for state employment.

• Experience in a distribution center or truck yard is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily trailer movement within Target Distribution Center yards.
• Support safety-first culture through training and accountability.
• Operate Target-owned vehicles for yard audits and moves.
• Communicate with DC leadership about trailer needs and status.
• Monitor trailer releases and maintain equipment accountability.
• Collaborate with First Mile Transportation on freight and yard flow.
