Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Yard Loader Operator to move and load materials safely and efficiently in our North America yard. You will operate the yard loader, inspect equipment, and support stockpile management to keep operations running smoothly.

This role requires a safety-minded individual who can work independently or as part of a team, follows all procedures, and reports issues promptly. You will contribute to reliable yard operations in an outdoor setting with variable weather,

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate yard loader to move and load materials safely and efficiently

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
