Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Yard Loader to safely load and unload deliveries at our Norcross, GA facility. The role requires forklift operation, attention to safety, and strong customer service when handling shipments.

You will maintain accurate inventory, perform basic equipment maintenance, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Weekend and extended hours may be required based on workload.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Experience: warehouse, industrial or manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a safe work environment and use PPE consistently.
• Safely operate a forklift and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct final quality checks and label finished goods.
• Provide good customer service when loading/unloading deliveries and minimize errors.
• Track inventory levels and ensure proper product rotation.
