Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of stormwater and onsite septic wastewater solutions with a vast network of plants and distribution centers.

The Yard Loader role ensures safe, accurate loading and unloading of deliveries, interacts with drivers and customers, and supports safety and quality standards across the plant. The position requires a 40+ hour workweek, including weekends as needed, and offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain a safe working environment with PPE.
• Safely operate a forklift and perform basic maintenance.
• Ensure quality by final visual inspections and labeling.
• Promote good customer service when loading/unloading deliveries.
• Track inventory and ensure proper product rotation.
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements.
• Support career development through company training programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
