American Rock Products, a CRH Company, is seeking a dependable equipment operator to support concrete and aggregate production in Pendleton, OR. You will operate haul trucks and other equipment, load materials for delivery, and keep yards clean while following safety protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; Valid driver's license required.
• Knowledge/Skill Requirements: Safety, punctuality, teamwork, independent work, ability to follow instructions, willingness to learn and overtime/weekend availability.

• Operate haul truck.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently within its designed parameters.
• Load trucks with proper materials for delivery.
• Fuel, oil, grease and check loader parts to ensure proper function.
• Maintain yard cleanliness.
• Assist other departments with maintenance and operations as assigned.
• Communicate any material or equipment flaws to supervisors.
• Operate water truck, front end loader, skid steer and pickup truck.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and actively participate in safety program.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

• The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Operate haul truck.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently within its designed paramaters.
• Load trucks with proper materials for delivery.
• Fuel, oil, grease and check other necessary loader parts to ensure proper function of equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of yard premises
• Assist other departments with maintenance, operations, and/or other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Promptly communicate with supervisors on any flaws in material or equipment.
• Operates water truck, front end loader, skid steer and pick-up truck
• Demonstrates safe work habits and takes an active role in the Company's safety program
• Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
• Regular and timely attendance.
• Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Valid driver's license required
