Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Miami site. You will perform loading and unloading, prepare shipments, and assist with daily inventory tasks to support production flow.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, pass background checks, and work in varied environments. Teamwork and safety compliance are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum hiring age: 23 years old.
• Able to lift 45 pounds.
• Wear protective gear, including steel toe shoes.
• Prior drug screen and criminal background check.
• Right to work in the United States.
• High school graduate or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in compliance with company policy and guidelines.
• Use of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, manual jacks and forklifts.
• Clean out trailers before or after moving.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Assist operators with various material handling duties.
• Break down, clean, organize and prep per procedure and production requirements.

• Able to work in all types of environments, including inclement weather.

• Ability to work in a self-directive environment.
• Able to lift 45 pounds.
• Wear protective gear, and steel toe shoes.
• Work jobs that have repetitive motion.
• Entry level to 1 year of inventory, warehouse and receiving experience.
• Implement and follow safe work practices and rules.
• Able to prove they have a right to work in the United States.
• Prefer high school graduates or GEDs.
• Sufficient work experience to be successful on the job.
