Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a production-focused team member to perform daily manufacturing tasks while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for maintaining clean work areas, reporting waste, and assisting the team to meet production targets.

The role requires the ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure safety and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and complete required safety training.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assignments in accordance with safety specs and requirements.
• Meet production standards within required time.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Report all production waste to Supervisor or Lead.
• Uphold safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
• Reports all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production
• Responsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager
• Follows all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions

• Must work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
• Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs
