Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a busy steel storage company to hire a Yard Inventory Manager in Raleigh, NC. You will lead a 15+ person yard team and oversee receiving, storage, movement, staging, and shipment of steel parts to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in manufacturing or logistics, strong inventory control skills, familiarity with WMS and Excel, and a track record of accuracy and safety in an outdoor yard environment.

Qualificações

• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, yard, logistics, or industrial environment.
• Experience managing inventory, material flow, shipping, and receiving.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with inventory/operating systems, WMS, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in an outdoor/non-climate-controlled industrial yard environment.
• Experience with steel products, material traceability, or government contracts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
