Job summary

bidadoo is seeking a Yard Clerk to maintain the yard and support customer service goals. Under the Production Manager, you will implement bidadoo processes for all yard functions and manage inventory control with strong communication and basic computer skills. This role requires forklift certification and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and support.
• Proficiency with general computer applications and internet.
• Forklift certification or experience with forklift operations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, Receiving & Processing of all incoming & outbound equipment & machinery.
• Unloading containers.
• Coordinate maintenance repairs with production.
• Ensure safety compliance throughout the yard.
• Work with personnel to ensure inventory, shipping schedules & customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain yard fence, facility and equipment maintenance.
• Travel as needed.
