Job summary

bidadoo is seeking a Yard Clerk in Kent, WA to manage the yard and support bidadoo’s processes for all yard functions. Under the Production Manager, you will handle shipping, receiving, and processing of equipment, with a focus on inventory control and customer service.

Ideal candidates have experience with heavy equipment, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and willingness to travel. This in-person role offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits such as 401(k) and health

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment, trucks, or industrial equipment.
• Strong customer engagement and service experience.
• Proficiency with computers and internet tools.
• Photography/video experience is a plus.
• People and team management experience.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces (eBay) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, Receiving & Processing of all incoming & outbound equipment & machinery.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with production.
• Ensure safety compliance throughout the yard.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain inventory and shipping schedules; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor yard fence, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
• Travel to customer locations as needed.
