Job summary

Corbion is seeking a Yard Hostler Driver for the Totowa, NJ facility. This 3rd shift role (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) focuses on safe trailer movement, loading/unloading assistance, and adherence to GMP and safety policies in a combined manufacturing and yard environment.

Responsibilities include inspections, equipment maintenance, and ensuring secure trailer operations. Prior forklift experience and CDL are beneficial; occasional warehouse tasks may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment safely in a manufacturing setting.
• Good math, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with radios and other devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric yard hostler to move trailers between docks, production areas, and warehouse locations.
• Complete pre-use inspections, safety checklists, and equipment documentation.
• Ensure trailer securement devices are properly used and maintained.
• Assist in loading and unloading trailers as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly hostler and work areas.
