Job summary

Prime Metal Buildings & Components in Bridgeport, TX is seeking a Yard Hand to support day-to-day operations in the retail shop and yard. The role involves loading/unloading, assisting operators and drivers, and keeping tools and work areas organized.

Candidates should be reliable, able to follow safety rules, and willing to cross-train in shop areas. The position is full-time, with full benefits, and the pay is $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player.
• Ability for cross training in other areas of the shop.
• Follow safety procedures including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.

JOB TITLE: Yard Hand

LOCATION: Bridgeport, TX

PAY: $17/hr

SUMMARY: Our Yard Hand is responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations within our retail shop/ store and steel yard.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading material from machines.
• Assist operators and drivers in the retail shop/ store and yard.
