Job summary

All American Lumber INC is hiring for a full-time yard position in Wisconsin. Driver's License required. You will assist customers in the lumber yard, load/unload deliveries, rotate stock, and handle shipping/receiving. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and excellent service in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, answering questions, and performing duties as assigned. Experience with equipment is preferred, but not required for entry.

Objective of Position:

Responsible for the Yard including helping customers in the lumber yard.

Essential Functions:

• Loading/unloading delivery vehicles
• Keeping product rotated and stacked
• Shipping and receiving
• Good housekeeping
• Provide excellent customer service
• Help customers find the location of products
• Answer customers’ questions and provide information on company policies
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience with equipment preferred.
• Education Qualifications- prefer High School diploma but no experience required
• Skills- Problem solver, detail-oriented, outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills, actively looks for ways to help people
