Job summary

All American Do It Center is seeking a full-time yard associate to assist customers in the lumber yard. The role includes loading/unloading delivery vehicles, keeping product rotated and stacked, and handling shipping/receiving.

A driver’s license is required, and strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities also include helping customers find products, answering questions about company policies, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with equipment preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; no experience required.

Objective of Position:

Responsible for the Yard including helping customers in the lumber yard.

Essential Functions:

• Loading/unloading delivery vehicles
• Keeping product rotated and stacked
• Shipping and receiving
• Good housekeeping
• Provide excellent customer service
• Help customers find the location of products
• Answer customers’ questions and provide information on company policies
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience with equipment preferred.
• Education Qualifications- prefer High School diploma but no experience required
• Skills- Problem solver, detail-oriented, outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills, actively looks for ways to help people
