Job summary

Millcreek Metals is seeking a Yard Foreman to lead our yard operations, operating forklifts and material handlers and ensuring efficient, well-organized storage.

You will supervise a yard crew, train teammates on our software, assist customers, and uphold safety while working outdoors in various weather. Benefits include PTO from day one, medical and dental coverage, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) path after one year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• General computer skills (training provided).
• Organized and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks as needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handlers to manage yard activities.
• Optimize material storage and maintain an orderly yard.
• Assist customers and address needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Supervise yard crew and provide clear direction and training.
• Learn and use operations software to track inventory and payments.

Minimum Qualifications:
