Aero Aggregates in Eddystone, PA is hiring a Yard Operator to safely manage daily yard and material-handling tasks. You will operate wheel loaders, forklifts, and other mobile equipment, loading and unloading materials while keeping the yard clean and organized.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to company procedures. Prior yard/plant experience is preferred, with the ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in plant/yard or related operations preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform yard and material-handling activities.
• Operate wheel loaders, forklifts, clamp trucks, tippers safely and efficiently.
• Move, load, unload, stage, and store materials according to procedures.
• Monitor equipment and follow operating guidelines.
• Report equipment issues and unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Maintain housekeeping in yard and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding work activities.
