Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a yard loader to operate safely, move and stockpile aggregate materials, and load customer trucks while maintaining production and quality standards.

You will perform pre-operational inspections, keep work areas clean, follow safety procedures, and work with a team to meet daily targets in an environment with variable weather and heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial or aggregate environment.
• Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and situational awareness.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members, customers, and supervisors.
• Mechanical aptitude with the capability to inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs.
• Reliable, self-motivated individual with the flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands.
