Aero Aggregates is seeking a Plant Production Operator to safely operate processing equipment and heavy machinery in Eddystone, PA. The role reports to the Plant Manager and sits in the Operations department, offering full-time hours on night shift with a focus on safety and quality.

The successful candidate will monitor equipment, maintain records, follow guidelines, and communicate effectively with the team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in plant or industrial manufacturing operations preferred.
• Loader and forklift experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and adjust plant equipment to ensure the product is consistent and free from quality defects.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment settings and product quality information.
• Follow established equipment operating guidelines and recognize issues as they arise.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members effectively.
• Operate wheel loader and forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report on condition and items in need of maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing tasks, including proper use of PPE.
