Job summary

4Rivers Equipment seeks a full-time Yard Coordinator in El Paso, TX to keep the yard safe, organized, and ready for transport. You will manage staging of equipment, document rentals, and help maintain a clean, well-presented site.

The role requires a valid driver’s license; experience with construction equipment is preferred. The position supports loading/unloading trucks and general site maintenance in a busy equipment yard.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Experience with construction equipment.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor yard safety, organization, and readiness for transport.
• Assess and ensure readiness of machines and equipment in the yard.
• Take pictures of machinery as needed and complete necessary paperwork for rentals and returns.
• Assist with loading and unloading all trucks.
• Keep the yard clean, organized, and presentable; perform general building and yard maintenance as directed.
• Handle occasional phone calls and support day-to-day operations.
