Lennox is seeking an experienced Yard/Trailer Handler to safely move trailers within our distribution center yard and spot them at loading docks. The role supports warehouse operations by ensuring timely trailer positioning for loading and unloading.

The position requires 1–3 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors year-round. CDL may be required depending on the facility, with emphasis on safety and coordination with dispatchers and supervisors.

Communicate with warehouse personnel, dispatchers, and supervisors to coordinate trailer movements. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies. What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $22.96- $28.02 /hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
