This hands-on leadership role partners with operations, transportation, safety and customer teams. Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, maintaining 7S standards, and using Office 365/Google Suite to document issues and communicate updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, dock, yard, or transportation environment.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong communication skills for daily customer-facing and cross-functional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Champion operation safety and support dock-related equipment.
• Coordinate loading/unloading dock activities to support daily priorities.
• Manage trailer docking, release, and yard flow following safety standards.
• Monitor dock conditions and escalate unsafe issues per procedures.
• Partner with site operations, transportation, yard services, and customer teams.
