Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews driver hours to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Reviews safety reports and verifies proper uniforms.
• Oversees load and tractor planning and assignments.
• Monitors load movements and trailer inventory.
• Creates efficient dispatch plans and adds new loads/locations.
• Coordinates yard operations and driver coordination.
