• YMS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Yard Jockeys and assign tasks as necessary.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are implemented and followed.
• Oversee the Sub-Contracted personnel checking in and out drivers and the loads.
• Communicate with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures.
• Maintain records and reports on yard activities.
• Participate in hiring and training of yard personnel.
• Maintain Equipment operation readiness.
• Conduct regular checks and coordinate repair on trailers and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
