RDO Equipment Co. in Chandler is seeking a Yard Coordinator to ensure equipment is ready and operations run smoothly, reflecting our focus on quality and customer service.

You will own yard operations, inspect and prep equipment for delivery or demo, and coordinate with the service team while staying active outdoors in varied weather.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently with strong safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Own yard operations: organize, track, and manage all equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard.
• Inspect, clean, and detail equipment to ensure it’s fully prepped and ready for delivery, rental, or demo.
• Support equipment flow by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop.
• Partner with the service team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely, accurate job completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment while delivering strong customer service and representing RDO with pride.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and taking pride in your work.
• Basic computer skills to document work and navigate systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude when interacting with others.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and staying active throughout the day.
• Valid work authorization: must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
