Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Yard Attendant to join our team. You will prepare equipment for shipping, maintain an organized yard, and ensure quality service for customers.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 pounds, and tolerance for noisy, hot or cold environments. Overtime and weekend call-ins may occur, with opportunities to grow across our 29 locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in noisy, hot or cold environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable.

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Yard Attendant.

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.

Position Summary

We are looking for a hard-working individual that is able to complete all physical tasks while embracing customer satisfaction. A Yard Attendant must be able to effectively communicate any issues or questions to management and peers. Cleveland Brothers will be dependent on the Yard Attendant to prepare and ensure quality of equipment for customers. This individual must be open to potential overtime and occasional weekend call-ins.

Primary Responsibilities

• Fill out accurate shipping and receiving paperwork and follow all procedures listed in the shipping and receiving handbook.
• Prepare equipment to customer specifications before shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard environment.
• Able to work productively in an industrial environment that is subject to significant work conditions.

• Able to work in workplace environmental conditions include subject to noise, heat, cold, injury exposures, and atmospheric exposures
