Job summary

Tri-State Bobcat is seeking a dependable Yard Attendant in Little Canada, MN, to help keep the yard organized and ready for customers. You’ll load/unload equipment, move machines with compact equipment, and assist multiple teams with daily operations.

Ideal candidates are mechanically minded, comfortable outdoors, and willing to learn. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bobcat or similar equipment operating experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning about equipment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Compensation: $22–$26/hr, based on experience

Location: Little Canada, MN

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | No evenings or weekends

You'll keep equipment organized and ready for customers while safely moving machines around the yard and supporting the sales, service, parts, and rental teams with daily operations.
