Responsibilities

• Vehicle check‑in: record and file information on vehicles assigned to the facility
• Clean vehicles to enhance appearance and value at auction (training provided)
• Operate passenger vehicles safely when moving vehicles around the facility or during drive‑through auctions
• Recover keys, license plates, and other items, and store them appropriately
• Assist visitors by providing guidance and referring them to the appropriate person for additional assistance
• Train and develop on‑the‑job skills in forklift and loader operation

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible to operate a motor vehicle. The role is physically demanding.

• Basic automotive repair skills or experience in equipment rental or construction is preferred
• Ability to apply security, maintenance, and safety procedures to protect company and customer assets
• Use of personal protective equipment (gloves, glasses)
• Respond to potential unsafe situations and avoid accidents
• Follow hazardous material handling regulations
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs. constantly
