Job summary

Hammond Lumber Company in Damariscotta, Maine, is seeking Full-Time Yard Attendants to support yard operations and customer service. The role involves operating forklift and other equipment to move materials in the yard and assist customers with loading and unloading.

The successful candidate should have forklift experience (preferred), a valid driver's license (helpful), and the ability to perform heavy lifting. This is a full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience handling building materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment to pick, load, unload and store materials in the yard.

• Assist with moving and arranging materials; handle heavy lifting as needed.
