Job summary

Hammond Lumber Company is seeking a Full-Time Yard Attendant for our Machias, Maine location. You will operate a forklift and other yard equipment to pick, load, unload and store materials while assisting customers in the yard.

The role requires the ability to perform heavy lifting and maintain a clean and safe work area. Weekend availability is preferred to meet business needs. Benefits include health, dental, 401(k) and time off programs.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience handling building materials is a plus.
• A clean and valid driver\'s license is preferred.
• Candidate should be available on weekends.
