Job summary

Agri Supply is seeking a full-time yard associate to greet customers, assist with loading merchandise, and maintain a safe, organized outdoor space. You will operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move stock, assemble simple components, and ensure accurate loading for customers.

The role requires high school level education, ability to lift 25+ pounds, and a proactive, team-focused attitude; prior forklift experience and blueprint-reading are a plus. Apply today to join a hands-on retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience or schooling in assembly or related field preferred.
• Forklift experience or ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Physical stamina, dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the yard and upsell products when possible.
• Load purchased merchandise into customers' vehicles with pallet jack or forklift.
• Unload and prep incoming yard freight; move inventory to yard locations.
• Follow safety guidelines and complete audits and safety checks.
• Install trailer hitches, tool boxes, inflate tires and prep for prepaid customers.
• Read blueprints and assemble components as required.
• Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance and keep yard clean.
• Work in all weather conditions and assist with loading and staging equipment.
