Job summary

Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply is hiring a Yard Associate in Frisco, TX. The role involves pulling customer orders, forklift loading/unloading, and yard organization. You will load trailers, receive inbound materials, and prepare shipments while maintaining a safe, efficient yard.

The position requires at least 1 year of warehouse/yard experience, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and forklift experience is highly desired. Overtime may be required; a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a warehouse/yard position.
• Able to lift/move heavy materials up to 60lbs.
• Forklift experience (sit-down) highly desired.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Review order documents to prepare for accurate product pulling for customers.
• Drive forklift loading/unloading trailers (70% of time).
• Manually sort and stage material in the yard (30% of time).
• Safely use a forklift.
• Maintain yard stock in a clean and organized manner.
• Accurately loads trucks for outgoing shipments.
• Inbound material receiving and put away.
• Complete work orders and receiving documents accurately.
• Pull and prepare orders, packaging for shipment.
• Rotate yard stock and move materials using a forklift.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work with team to ensure branch success and provide excellent customer service.

This position performs an array of functions including

• Review order documents to prepare for accurate product pulling for customers
• Daily expectations 70% Drive forklift loading/unloading trailers. 30% Manually sorting and staging material in the yard.
• Safely use a forklift
• Maintain yard stock in a clean and organized manner
