Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral).
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• General mechanical aptitude and safety-focused mindset.
• Bilingual ability may be required based on location needs.

Responsibilities

• Station the equipment on the location's property and retrieve it as needed.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment to meet specifications.
• Inspect equipment before and after rental and document loss or damage.
• Support potential advancement into mechanic, driver or customer service roles.
