Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Porter/Yard Worker to station and retrieve equipment, maintain a maintenance schedule, and ensure gear meets specifications. You may service equipment and inspect units before and after rental to document any issues.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience with construction tools, strong communication, basic math, and MS Office; safety-focused mindset; bilingual may be required by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral).
• Basic math skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• General mechanical aptitude and safety-focused approach.
• Bilingual ability may be required based on location needs.

Responsibilities

• Station and retrieve equipment on the yard property.
• Maintain a written equipment maintenance schedule and service gear as needed.
• Inspect equipment before and after rental and document damages.
• Contribute to safety and orderly yard operations.
