Job summary

Master Halco, the fence and deck supply leader, is hiring a Yard Associate at our Boston branch. You will drive a forklift, pull and stage orders, and load trucks for shipments while keeping the yard organized and safe.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and customer service in a fast-paced warehouse setting. A 70-location company offering growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package is ready for you.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a warehouse/yard position.
• Able to lift/move heavy materials up to 60 lbs.
• Forklift experience (sitdown) highly desired.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Loads trucks for outgoing shipments accurately.
• Pulls and prepares orders; packages for shipment.
• Rotates yard stock and moves materials safely with a forklift.
• Maintains clean, safe working environment; supports branch goals.
• Provides excellent customer service alongside the team.

Master Halco: Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products is seeking a Yard Associate at our branch office.

This position performs an array of functions including:

• Review order documents to prepare for accurate product pulling for customers
• Daily expectations: 70% Drive forklift loading/unloading trailers. 30% Manually sorting and staging material in the yard.
• Safely use a forklift
• Maintain yard stock in a clean and organized manner
