Zhejiang Zongheng Human Resources Co., Ltd. is seeking a researcher to lead core crystallization technology development in fine chemicals, pharmaceutical APIs and new materials, focusing on crystal form control, process intensification and intelligent crystallization systems.
You will conduct experimental research, optimize processes, scale up pilot operations and implement new crystallization methods to improve yield, purity and stability while reducing energy use and waste.
This position focuses on the core crystallization technology research and development in the fields of fine chemicals, pharmaceutical APIs and new materials, covering three core directions: precise crystal form regulation, crystallization process intensification, and intelligent crystallization system development. The role is responsible for the experimental research, process optimization, pilot scale-up and technical implementation of new crystallization processes, methods and technologies. It aims to solve industrial pain points such as impure crystal forms, uneven particle size, low yield and poor process stability through process parameter optimization, process modeling, automatic control and online monitoring. The position is committed to building an intelligent, efficient and green crystallization process system to support product iteration and technological innovation of the company.
Carry out screening and characterization research on polymorphs, salt forms and co-crystals of compounds. Explore the influence of key parameters such as solvent system, temperature, supersaturation, seed crystals and feeding method on crystal form, morphology, particle size distribution, purity and stability. Establish accurate crystal form regulation process schemes to avoid crystal transformation and mixed crystal problems, realizing stable, controllable and efficient preparation of target crystal forms. Complete qualitative and quantitative crystal form analysis via XRD, DSC, TGA, SEM and other characterization methods, and build crystal form quality control standards and databases.
Carry out research on process intensification technologies to solve the problems of traditional crystallization processes such as low efficiency, high energy consumption, large batch difference and easy agglomeration. Optimize various crystallization unit operations including cooling, evaporation, dilution and reactive crystallization, and iteratively optimize the whole-process parameters of stirring, crystal ripening, solid-liquid separation and drying. Study intensified processes such as continuous crystallization and microchannel crystallization, solve engineering problems including yield fluctuation, excessive impurities and process blockage during process scale-up, improve crystallization production efficiency, product purity and process stability, and realize green and energy-saving upgrading of processes.
