Job summary

A leading marine service provider in Annapolis, Maryland is seeking an experienced New Yacht Technician. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marine technology, working with new boat brands, and ensuring excellent customer service during delivery. Key responsibilities include commissioning new boats and after-sales service. This full-time position offers a salary between $60,000 and $75,000 and includes benefits such as health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with marine technology.
• Experience troubleshooting and servicing new boats.
• Ability to relocate to Annapolis, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory owned by ECYS in the general area.
• Commission new boats and prep them for delivery.
• Travel to customer boats for after-sales warranty and servicing.

Skills

Technical knowledge of general marine systems

Strong DC/AC electrical knowledge

Strong troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of yacht maintenance

Boat handling

Driving a boat trailer
