The YMCA of Greater Kansas City is seeking a Club Substitute to support after-school activities in the Shawnee, KS area. You will help with homework, supervise activities, and ensure a safe, fun environment for children.
Flexible morning/afternoon shifts and ongoing training are offered. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour and includes a free YMCA membership. Join a supportive team that values children and community impact.
The Y serves thousands of families a year by providing safe, fun, and engaging after-school programs for their children. When regular staff need time off, substitutes step in and keep the magic going for the kids. As a substitute you'll help to ensure a positive atmosphere with homework enrichment, physical activity, healthy snacks, group activities and positive relationships.
Schedule: Flexible weekday morning and/or afternoon shifts (you choose what works for you)
Pay: Starting at $15.50/hour (increases based on experience & education)
