Job summary

Columbia Memorial Hospital is seeking an X-Ray Technologist to perform imaging procedures in various care settings, following department protocols. You will manage the acquisition and storage of images and ensure all required documentation is ready for radiologist interpretation.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and collaborating with Medical Imaging Leadership to deliver timely, high-quality imaging services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technologist Education Program.
• Licensed in NYS Diagnostic Radiography with ARRT (R) and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures according to department protocol across in-patient, emergency, outpatient and intra-operative settings.
• Manage the acquisition, storage of imaging, and complete required documentation for radiologist interpretation.

Summary:

The X-Ray Technologist performs various imaging procedures according to department protocol and procedures which may include diagnostic imaging in the in-patient, emergency, outpatient and intra-operative setting. The technologist is responsible for the acquisition process, storage of imaging, and completing all required documentation and paperwork to ensure appropriate presentation to the radiologist for interpretation.

Salary Range: $32.70 – $43.58
