Job summary

Barron Industries in Oxford, MI is seeking an experienced XRAY Tech Level II to join our aerospace and defense manufacturing team. You will perform digital X-ray inspections using CR/DR equipment, interpret radiographs to customer specifications, document results, verify calibration, and support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

Required are Level II RT certification or NAS 410 qualification, CR/DR experience, ability to read drawings and standards, and strong attention to detail,

Qualifications

• Level II Radiographic Testing (RT) certification or ability to certify to NAS 410.
• Experience with Computed Radiography (CR) and/or Digital Radiography (DR) preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Pass required visual acuity examination.
• Understand, follow, and implement NAS 410 and AS9100.
• Training and support for AS9100 and industry certifications.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
