Job summary

Barron Industries in Oxford, MI is seeking an experienced XRAY Tech Level II to join our aerospace and defense manufacturing team. You will perform digital X-ray inspections, interpret radiographs, and help maintain quality records in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

This role requires NAS 410/RT certification, CR/DR experience, ability to read drawings, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement within our ADAMTeC facility.

Qualifications

• Must have Level II RT certification or NAS 410 capable.
• Experience with CR/DR imaging preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass required visual acuity examination.
• Understand and implement NAS 410 and AS9100.
• Training and support for AS9100 and industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform digital X-ray inspections using CR/DR equipment.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Level II Radiographic Testing (RT) certification or ability to certify to NAS 410.
• Experience with Computed Radiography (CR) and/or Digital Radiography (DR) preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Pass required visual acuity examination.
• Understand, follow, and implement NAS 410 and AS9100.
• Training and support for AS9100 and industry certifications.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
