Job summary

Apogee is seeking an Extended Reality Facility Manager to support the 95th Wing at Offutt AFB, NE. You will oversee XR facilities and immersive training programs, ensuring readiness and compliance with mission assurance practices.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the training manager, expanding VR training modules, and assisting in modernization and data analysis. This is a full-time on-site role at Offutt, NE.

Qualifications

• US citizen is required.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or NC2-ESI eligibility.
• Valid US Driver’s License required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as a weapon system trainer facility manager or building manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage the XR facility and immersive tech training programs.
• Ensure facility and equipment remain serviceable with oversight, training, QA, event scheduling and utilization reporting.
• Coordinate with training manager and stakeholders to resolve deficiencies and plan future modules.
• Assist with expanding VR training module catalog and integrating the Weapon System Maintenance Trainer emulator.
• Provide support for system modernization, data analysis and funding decision processes.
