Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks an Extended Reality Facility Manager at Offutt Air Force Base to lead the XR facility, immersive training programs, and mission assurance activities. This role requires coordinating with government partners and weapon system stakeholders to ensure secure, effective training environments on-site.

Candidates must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree, plus 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US
• Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI
• Certifications: Valid US Driver's License
• Education: Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience as a weapon system trainer facility manager or building manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the XR facility and immersive technology training programs.
• Provide program oversight, system training, QA, event scheduling, and utilization reporting.
• Coordinate with training manager and stakeholders to resolve deficiencies and develop training solutions.
• Expand VR training module catalog and integrate the Weapon System Maintenance Trainer emulator.
• Assist Government in identifying system shortfalls, requirements definition, and funding strategies.
• Refine processes in system modernization and perform data analysis as needed.
• Support acquisition activities for SAOC program and external partners when required.
• Assist in test planning/execution, training development, and event scheduling.
• Develop and coordinate technical orders and end-user inputs for training curricula.
• Create training strategies for new system modifications and assimilate into curricula.
• Support long-term training framework management altered by system modifications.
• Provide world-wide mission assurance planning support for aircraft operations and site surveys.
