Job summary

Unity is seeking a Software Engineer for the XR Integrations team to advance foundational support for XR devices within the Unity Engine. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive experiences for developers across AR/VR platforms.

The role involves working in a multidisciplinary environment, applying Agile practices, and contributing to code quality through reviews and automated testing. A passion for future XR tech and Unity engine familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

XR/AR/VR experience required.
Proficiency in C/C++ and C# development.
Strong 3D math knowledge.
Familiarity with AI-assisted code generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement XR technologies and features into the Unity engine in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Integrate third-party SDKs for next-gen hardware and software platforms using Agile methodologies.
Work with new and existing hardware to deliver a consistent development experience for users.
Contribute to code quality through reviews, QA collaboration, and automated tests.
