XPLORE: Summer at TVS XPAND (Specialty Camp) Instructor

Overview

XPLORE: Summer at TVS offers safe, unique, and engaging learning experiences. Each year, over 1,000 participants aged 4-17 attend various camps, with many returning multiple times. We welcome all students from the Fort Worth area and beyond to participate in our camps and classes.

We hire seasonal instructors to lead high-interest camps that actively involve our local community. As an instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact while working with participants of all ages.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or working with children.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for working with youth.
  • Expertise in your specific camp subject area (e.g., arts, science, sports) is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Availability to work at least one full week of camp (May 27 to August 1, 2025), from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Ability to collaborate with staff to create a positive learning environment.
  • This role offers a revenue share based on camp enrollment.
