Job description

XPLORE: Summer at TVS provides participants with safe, unique, and fun learning experiences. Each year, over 1,000 participants, ages 4-17, attend at least one camp and many return for several weeks! We welcome ALL students from the Fort Worth area and beyond to join us for camps and classes.

We hire a select number of seasonal instructors each year to lead high-interest camps that engage our local community. As a seasonal instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with participants of all ages.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or working with children required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for working with youth.
• Expertise in your specific camp subject area (e.g., arts, science, sports, etc.) is a plus.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
• Must be available to work at least one full week of camp, which runs from May 27 to August 1, 2025, and be able to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Ability to collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to create a supportive, dynamic learning environment.
• This role includes a revenue share based on camp enrollment.
