Intertape Polymer Group in Chicago, IL seeks a Xpak Operator to operate the XPack machine in a safety-first production environment. You will start the machine, feed material, inspect pieces, monitor controls, and record production metrics.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, ability to communicate in English, basic math and computer skills (AS400, Word, Excel). Lifting up to 40 lbs and PPE are required. This is an hourly, non-exempt role.

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.
• Hearing and eye protection required.

Responsabilités

• Operates the XPack machine and starts the line.
• Feeds material and ensures proper startup and operation.
• Inspects and measures pieces to ensure conformance to standards.
• Monitors and adjusts controls to maintain production standards.
• Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Records quality and production metrics in a timely manner.
• Upholds safety and 5S practices.
